Meritan Moonlight Classic Bike Tour

Kelley & Associates developed promotional materials for Meritan’s 20th Annual 901 Moonlight Classic Bike Tour, a family-friendly evening ride benefiting Meritan, Inc. The event took place on August 24, 2019, at Cancer Survivors Park in Memphis and featured tailgate fun, local food, local beer, local prizes and two ride routes.

The project included logo design, poster design, print advertising and rack card design. The creative used a nighttime color palette, bold event branding and illustrated elements to capture the energy of a moonlight bike ride while clearly communicating key event details, including registration information, ride times, location and route options.

With consistent messaging across print materials, the campaign helped promote the event, encourage registration and support Meritan’s mission in the Memphis community.
