Alliance Services Branding

Kelley & Associates developed a complete branding package for Alliance Services, a boutique talent placement company focused on connecting employers and candidates through skills, personality and culture. The brand was designed to communicate a personalized, perceptive approach to job placement in the Greater Memphis area, helping position Alliance Services as a relationship-driven resource for both employers and job seekers.

The project included tagline development, logo design, business cards, brochure design, social media profiles, an e-newsletter template and a website. Kelley & Associates also created a custom-illustrated avatar of the company’s Director to support more personal and recognizable online communications.

The brochure introduced the brand with the message “Connecting Talent with Culture,” highlighting Alliance Services’ emphasis on understanding each employer’s business, values and ideal candidate while also helping candidates find career opportunities that fit their work preferences and company culture. Together, the branding elements created a polished, distinctive identity that reflected the company’s boutique approach to talent placement.
