Since joining the agency in 1985, Christi has played a pivotal role in transforming Kelley & Associates into a trusted partner for regional and national clients across a wide range of industries.
She is deeply involved in the oversight and coordination of all client accounts, bringing decades of strategic insight to every campaign. Known for her ability to craft marketing plans that deliver measurable results, Christi excels in brand development, media planning and buying, creative direction, and public engagement.
Beyond the agency, Christi is an active and respected community leader. She currently serves as Chair of the Governing Board for Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett and is a board member for First South Financial Credit Union. Her past leadership roles include service on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis, the National Civil Rights Museum, and the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce.

KIM STRICKLAND
Vice President & Senior Art Director
Kim leads the development and execution of strategic, award-winning creative for a wide range of clients. As both a creative visionary and seasoned client service professional, she plays a key role in ensuring exceptional deliverables while mentoring junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.
Her work has earned recognition from national and international award programs, including the MarCom Awards, Summit International Awards, Aster Awards, and Communicator Awards. With experience spanning industries such as healthcare, finance, government, and nonprofit, Kim brings both creative insight and strategic thinking to every project.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Kim remains actively engaged in the community. She previously served on Meritan’s Board of Directors and continues to support the organization through her role on its Generations Board.
KATIE DROBENAK
Senior Multimedia Designer
Katie is a dynamic and versatile creative professional who plays a key role in developing and executing compelling visual content across a wide range of platforms. As Senior Multimedia Designer, she combines deep graphic design expertise with advanced skills in video editing and animation to bring ideas to life in meaningful, visually engaging ways.
Her work spans print, digital, outdoor, and social media design, and she adds further impact through motion graphics, animated content, and video storytelling. Katie stays on the cutting edge of industry trends and technologies, continuously exploring new tools and techniques to elevate the visual experience and enhance audience engagement.
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for strategic design, Katie ensures every project supports brand objectives while delivering creative excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Art History from Susquehanna University.
BRIER TURNER
Bookkeeper
Brier handles accounting for Kelley & Associates. Her responsibilities include managing payroll, tracking expenses, and supervising all other financial transactions. A proactive problem-solver, Brier has a high aptitude for organization and efficiency, which she has previously utilized in accounting and development roles for Memphis-area organizations including the Pink Palace Family of Museums, the Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis, Memphis Arts Council, and Memphis Public Libraries. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Memphis.
