SCHD: Free Hepatitis A Vaccines transit poster creative

Kelley & Associates developed transit poster creative for the Shelby County Health Department to promote free Hepatitis A vaccines and encourage Shelby County residents to get vaccinated.

The design used a bold, graffiti-inspired visual approach with high-contrast colors, a brick wall background and urgent messaging to capture attention in public spaces. The poster clearly directed residents to the Shelby County Health Department and included simple educational information about how Hepatitis A spreads, including through contaminated food and water, not washing hands, sexual activity and recreational drug use.

By combining public health information with eye-catching creative, the campaign helped make an important vaccination message more visible, accessible and memorable for the community.
