Digital Patient Acquisition Campaign & Website Optimization
Kelley & Associates worked with Worthington Chiropractic to attract new patients and promote specialized services through a targeted digital marketing campaign supported by website improvements and conversion-focused landing pages.
The campaign centered on two key patient offers: a $49 New Patient Special designed to encourage first-time visits and a Spinal Decompression Special aimed at patients suffering from chronic back pain, sciatica, and nerve-related conditions. To support these offers, Kelley & Associates developed a strategic digital program combining paid search marketing, targeted display advertising, and website conversion optimization focused on reaching patients actively searching for chiropractic care in the Bartlett-area market.
The agency created a complete set of digital advertising assets, including two creative campaigns delivered across multiple display ad sizes to ensure effective placement across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. Dedicated landing pages were built within Worthington Chiropractic’s website for each offer, featuring optimized copywriting, custom graphics, mobile-responsive design, and SEO elements such as title tags and meta descriptions to improve visibility in search results.
In addition to campaign creative, Kelley & Associates implemented several website improvements to strengthen performance and user experience. These updates included Local Business Schema setup to improve local search rankings, improved heading structures for SEO, enhanced color contrast for accessibility, new service pages for Spinal Decompression and Shockwave Laser Therapy, and integration of Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
The digital campaign combined paid search and targeted display advertising, reaching prospective patients in Bartlett, Lakeland, Arlington, Atoka, and Eads who were actively searching for relief from back pain and related conditions.
During the initial campaign flight, the program generated 213,830 impressions and 532 clicks, with paid search delivering a 5.7% click-through rate, well above healthcare industry benchmarks.
The campaign successfully increased online visibility for Worthington Chiropractic while driving patient engagement and building a stronger digital foundation for ongoing patient acquisition.
