Kelley & Associates worked with A Step Ahead Foundation to develop a compelling year-end fundraising appeal designed to inspire giving and reinforce the organization’s life-changing impact across Memphis and Shelby County.
Our team designed a cohesive direct mail package that included a four-color letter, custom #10 outer envelope, and branded remit envelope.

We structured the narrative to balance gratitude with urgency, thanking supporters while clearly communicating the ongoing need for $40,000 per month to provide free birth control to Memphis women.
Visually, the design reinforced A Step Ahead Foundation’s brand identity with clean layouts, strong typography, engaging photography, and highlighted impact callouts to guide the reader’s eye. The custom outer and remit envelopes were designed to increase open rates and streamline the donor response process.
