Catholic Charities of West Tennessee launched its “Safe Starts Here” campaign in 2011 to help raise awareness about the issue of Domestic Violence in the Memphis community and the availability of its Sophia’s House as a haven for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Kelley & Associates created posters, billboards, a brochure and website for the campaign.
