In 2018, Kelley & Associates implemented a marketing campaign to teach Germantown residents to recycle the right way. The campaign includes magnets, banners, brochures, postcards, print ads, social media graphics and a PowerPoint presentation — as well as an animated video.
We also hired recycling inspectors to lead a 10-week curbside education program to help residents recycle responsibly. Known as “feet on the street,” they inspected carts left out for pickup, leaving behind either a “Superstar” tag or and or an “Oops” to remind residents what belongs inside.
The animated video received a 2018 Marcom Gold award in the digital media/web animation category.
