This year’s competition attracted over 3,000 entries from across the globe and was judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), a panel of industry experts from top organizations including Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Amazon, and more.

This digital campaign introduced a new audience to the Memphis Symphony Orchestra through highly targeted Meta ads:

  • Delivered over 100,000 impressions and nearly 750 link clicks

  • Generated audience engagement at a cost-per-click of just $0.40

The campaign helped drive traffic to MSO’s website and increased visibility for this beautiful and culturally rich performance.

  • Achieved over 130,000 impressions on a $300 budget

Shelby County Sheriff’s Office: 2024 Corrections Deputy Recruitment Campaign

Launched in early 2024, this results-driven recruitment campaign aimed to attract qualified candidates for SCSO’s Corrections Division—and it delivered:

  • 444% increase in recruitment webpage views

  • More than 2.5 million streaming video impressions

  • Over $172,000 in added value secured from media partners

  • Featured interviews on leading radio and TV stations

  • Effective reach to young jobseekers aged 18–34

This campaign successfully balanced strategic media buying, creative messaging, and public relations to help address a critical staffing need for Shelby County.
